26 February 2024 – NQ64 ,a bar group known for its vibrant arcade-themed venues across the UK,has implemented P2D to automate its invoice processing. This move significantly reduces manual effort while improving accuracy and efficiency. 1st January 2024: P2D is delighted to successfully support Dental Beauty Partners move from Xero to Sage Intacct. A highly complex organization with 34 locations across the UK, Dental Beauty needed a more comprehensive ERP to deal with their demands. P2D performed a managed migration of the data, and implementation of tailored APIs including automated intercompany journals, all delivered successfully and on time.

1st December 2023: The Gordon Ramsay Group is a long-standing P2D client of 10 years. Looking for a cost-effective, simple-to-use and tailored system GRG decided to migrate for their current solution across to the P2D add-on. The deployed module includes Sage X3 compatibility and integration with Barclaycard.

15th November 2023: Iconic golf resort and host of the Ryder Cup, the client has implemented P2D for invoice processing. The solution caters for seamless API integration with Sage Intacct leveraging P2D’s position as one of Sage’s core Technology Partners. 16th October 2023: A prestigious UK group comprising an estate of more than 2o hotels has gone live with the P2D AI platform. With approximately 5,000 purchase invoices per month the client needed a fully-automated solution to reduce overhead in central AP and streamline the approvals process. P2D has initially been implemented for invoice processing, with follow on phases for PO matching with Accor’s A-Store ordering system, receipting those orders in P2D, and 3-way matching. Additionally the client has selected P2D’s add-on module for employee expenses. ERP integration is with Microsoft Business Central API’s.

8th September 2023: The P2D platform has been successfully implemented for The Ecovision Group. The Ecovision brand was established in 2005, and was the first company in the UK to design and install ground source heat pumps, before diversifying to offer additional energy efficient solutions including air source heat pumps, water source heat pumps, solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, biomass and underfloor heating. Going live in September 2023, the implemented system comprises Purchase Ordering workflow, automated invoice-PO matching and AI invoice processing, and invoice approvals workflow.
